Delivery and driving jobs in Tampa - any advice?

A regional carrier near Tampa is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.
