Delivery and driving jobs in St. Louis - what worked for you?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near St. Louis. This is my first time dealing with any of this. A clean driving record is required.

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
