Delivery and driving jobs in St. Louis - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near St. Louis is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay.

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
