Delivery and driving jobs in Seattle (update)

A regional carrier near Seattle is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
