Delivery and driving jobs in Richmond - any advice?

A regional carrier near Richmond is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. A clean driving record is required. Anyone with experience there?

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
