Delivery and driving jobs in Raleigh (update)

A regional carrier near Raleigh is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Are the local runs really home every night?

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.
