Delivery and driving jobs in Providence - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near Providence is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I worked as a mechanic before this. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Anyone with experience there?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
