Delivery and driving jobs in Phoenix - what worked for you?

Several delivery companies in Phoenix are hiring drivers with clean records. It has been a long 16 weeks. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Anyone with experience there?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
