A regional carrier near Oklahoma City is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. It has been weighing on me all week. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Are the local runs really home every night?

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
