Delivery and driving jobs in Nashville (update)

Several delivery companies in Nashville are hiring drivers with clean records. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
