Delivery and driving jobs in Nashville

A regional carrier near Nashville is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
