Delivery and driving jobs in Nashville - any advice?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Nashville. It has been weighing on me all week. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.
