Delivery and driving jobs in Madison, operations analyst here

A regional carrier near Madison is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. This is my first time dealing with any of this. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
