Delivery and driving jobs in Louisville - any advice?

A regional carrier near Louisville is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
