Delivery and driving jobs in Louisville - 9 months and counting

A regional carrier near Louisville is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
