Delivery and driving jobs in Little Rock - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near Little Rock is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.
