Delivery and driving jobs in Knoxville, nurse's aide here

Several delivery companies in Knoxville are hiring drivers with clean records. It has been weighing on me all week. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
