Delivery and driving jobs in Kansas City - any advice?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Kansas City. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Anyone with experience there?

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
