Delivery and driving jobs in Hartford - what worked for you?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Hartford. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
