Delivery and driving jobs in Hartford - what worked for you?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Hartford. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Are the local runs really home every night?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
