Delivery and driving jobs in Hartford - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near Hartford is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay.

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.

Ask how many stops and hours a typical day has. The pay per hour dropped when my route was longer than advertised.
