Delivery and driving jobs in Hartford after 6 years as a hotel front-desk agent

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Hartford. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
