Delivery and driving jobs in Detroit, customer-service rep here

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Detroit. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
