Delivery and driving jobs in Dallas - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near Dallas is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.
