Delivery and driving jobs in Columbus - any advice?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Columbus. This is my first time dealing with any of this. A clean driving record is required. Anyone with experience there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
