Delivery and driving jobs in Cleveland - any advice?

A regional carrier near Cleveland is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Check safety ratings for the company. A quick search told me a lot.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
