Delivery and driving jobs in Cleveland

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Cleveland. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. Anyone with experience there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
