Delivery and driving jobs in Cleveland - 13 months and counting

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Cleveland. This is my first time dealing with any of this. A clean driving record is required. How is the pay in practice?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
