Delivery and driving jobs in Chicago - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near Chicago is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. Thank you in advance. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
