Delivery and driving jobs in Charlotte

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Charlotte. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
