Delivery and driving jobs in Charlotte - 3 months and counting

A regional carrier near Charlotte is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
