Delivery and driving jobs in Boston - what worked for you?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Boston. I worked as an insurance claims processor before this. A clean driving record is required. Anyone with experience there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
