Delivery and driving jobs in Birmingham - what worked for you?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Birmingham. I worked as a line cook before this. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Anyone with experience there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
