Delivery and driving jobs in Birmingham

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Birmingham. I worked as an accountant before this. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
