Delivery and driving jobs in Atlanta - what worked for you?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Atlanta. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Are the local runs really home every night?

Local runs were steady for me, but early starts are common. Plan for a 4 a.m. alarm.
