Delivery and driving jobs in Atlanta - any advice?

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Atlanta. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They list a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
