Delivery and driving jobs in Albuquerque - what worked for you?

A regional carrier near Albuquerque is hiring drivers for local runs with home time every night. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. Are the local runs really home every night?

Paid commercial-licence training can come with a contract to stay for a set time. Read that part carefully.
