Delivery and driving jobs in Albuquerque after 5 years as a pharmacy technician

I saw postings for delivery drivers and dispatchers near Albuquerque. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some offer paid training for a commercial licence. How is the pay in practice?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
