County job postings worth checking (Honolulu)

The city and county near Honolulu both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. I worked as an HR coordinator before this. Some need a short exam. How long did it take to hear back?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
