County job postings worth checking - any advice?

The city and county near Oklahoma City both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. Hiring is slower than private jobs.

It took me about two months from application to offer. Apply early and keep your contact details current.

Sign up for email alerts on the city's job page. New postings often close within two weeks.
