County job postings worth checking - any advice?

The city and county near Honolulu both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. Thank you in advance. Some need a short exam.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
