County job postings worth checking - any advice?

Quinn Fontaine · 2026-09-05T03:52:33.980Z

The city and county near Milwaukee both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. Thank you in advance. Hiring is slower than private jobs. Anyone applied for one?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
