County job postings worth checking - any advice?

Taylor Nkemelu · 2026-06-03T20:49:12.783Z

The city and county near Buffalo both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Hiring is slower than private jobs. Do they prefer local residents?

The exam was simple, mostly clerical skills. Practice material is usually on the same website.
