County job postings worth checking after 14 years as a sales associate

Ingrid Baptista · 2026-08-06T21:08:17.219Z

The city and county near Boston both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. I worked as a sales associate before this. Hiring is slower than private jobs. How long did it take to hear back?

It took me about two months from application to offer. Apply early and keep your contact details current.
