County job postings worth checking

The city and county near Austin both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Applications close on a fixed date and need a full work history. How long did it take to hear back?

Follow the instructions exactly. They screen out applications with missing sections.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
