County job postings worth checking

The city and county near Oklahoma City both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Hiring is slower than private jobs. How long did it take to hear back?

It took me about two months from application to offer. Apply early and keep your contact details current.
