County job postings worth checking - 26 weeks in

Jamie Okonkwo · 2026-09-05T03:10:38.374Z

The city and county near Hartford both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. It has been weighing on me all week. Hiring is slower than private jobs.

The exam was simple, mostly clerical skills. Practice material is usually on the same website.
