County job postings worth checking - 13 months and counting

The city and county near Richmond both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. It has been a long 16 weeks. Applications close on a fixed date and need a full work history. How long did it take to hear back?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
