County job postings worth checking - 11 months and counting

The city and county near Austin both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. Some need a short exam. Anyone applied for one?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

It took me about two months from application to offer. Apply early and keep your contact details current.
