City government openings this month - what worked for you?

The school district in Cleveland is hiring support staff. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Applications close on a fixed date and need a full work history. Anyone applied for one?

The exam was simple, mostly clerical skills. Practice material is usually on the same website.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
